Do you want to grow and develop your business
but feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day,
that your to-do list is never ending?

JMB Virtual Assistant provides remote support to allow business owners the valuable space to focus on revenue generation, growth, objectives and goals.

Outsourcing important tasks required when running a business helps to improve productivity, time management and efficiency. It relieves the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads and improves the very important work/life balance we are all looking to achieve. Being overworked and under-resourced not only has an effect on a business owner and their staff's productivity but also the customer experience and satisfaction.

Whether you are an established company, start-up, freelancer or sole trader, JMB Virtual Assistant can provide you with the valuable support required in the running of your day-to-day business.

Jo Burfitt, Virtual Assistant

I set-up JMB Virtual Assistant to offer a business support service to established and start-up businesses, sole traders, freelancers and consultants to help clients achieve their work/life balance by reducing the time spent on day-to-day tasks that always flood the to-do list.

I have over 25 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant across a variety of industries, providing support to all kinds of busy people, in all kinds of demanding positions across large corporate, medium and small businesses.

I’m trusted, approachable, highly organised, extremely efficient, adaptable, focused, discreet and a great communicator… or so my clients tell me.

I’ve combined my wealth of experience and skill set to provide a variety of business support services. I really enjoy the variety that my virtual assistant role offers and the personal contact with individuals and businesses that it brings. I’m really proud to be able to offer a bespoke service to my clients and take the time to understand their business and their needs.

As well as running my own business, I am involved in various community initiatives including being a school governor at a senior school with a focus on careers guidance and I mentor a Year 10 pupil at the same school. I support many school initiatives including mock interviews and careers events.

I’m based in Hampshire and depending on your needs can work either remotely, or locally on site.
