Hiring a Virtual Assistant is more cost effective and more time-efficient than hiring a PA as a member of staff. You only pay for the hours worked with no employment contract, no HR concerns, no staff training, no cost for office equipment, no NI or pension contributions and no holiday or sick pay.

JMB Virtual Assistant has packages to suit every requirement. Whether you need one off project support, regular ongoing assistance or ad-hoc services throughout the month, there are options to suit your business needs. 

Pay-As-You-Go

Offering the most flexible option for your business and budget, I charge an hourly rate of £30 per hour on a pay-as-you-go contract with a minimum commitment of 1 hour and thereafter charged in 15 minute increments, invoiced on a monthly basis. This is a completely flexible arrangement, with no ongoing commitments – you simply use my services as and when you need them.

Retainers

Some businesses have a specific number of hours that they require help for, a retainer option allows you to purchase support in a block booking or number of hours to utilise my services regularly across a set period e.g. weekly or monthly. Retainer options are paid for in advance of services used and are detailed below.

These retainer packages will be tailored to meet your needs. Once a list of tasks has been confirmed a booking form will be drawn up and signed by both parties. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the discounted rate at the end of the month. A maximum of 2 unused hours may be carried over to the following month.

Social Media

Social Media charges are dependent on requirement, you may just need support to set-up your new accounts or require on-going monthly support, specific packages are available and can be agreed once discussions about your requirements are concluded.

Project Work and Event Management

For both specific project work and event management it makes more sense to discuss the requirements and agree a one-off fee to complete the task. This will depend on approximate number of hours estimated to complete the project, overall budget and what my involvement entails.

The following services will be billed at cost: postage, stationery, printing and copying. Travel to business locations outside of Portsea Island (5 miles radius from PO4) will be charged at 45p per mile. 

I use time-tracking software to ensure that you are billed accurately. Prices are reviewed annually.

Terms and Conditions of Business

All clients are required to sign a booking form and terms and conditions of business prior to services commencing. A copy of the terms and conditions of business for your perusal, prior to any works being agreed, can be supplied.
